The ceremony starts with Chu Lum (water moisturizing). With the help of special equipment - lots of small streams of water of pleasant room temperature wash against your body bringing a sense of blissfulness and calmness. Then your body is steamed in a Tibetan way in a cedar tub. Lhung Lum (steam moisturizing) - is a therapeutic treatment of your body with herbal steam. After steaming, a Sanpei-girl performs a general Tibetan massage combining it with respiratory gymnastics (Tibetan yoga), invigorating your body and triggering rejuvenation mechanisms. At the end of the ceremony, the Sanpei-girl treats you to a cup of tea with honey.
