Lashli ritual washing (massage and hand treatment, foot milk bath), Shirodhara treatment (a specific Ayurveda treatment, that involves gently pouring warm oil over the forehead in a slow stream during a long period of time . This treatment takes you close to the state of meditation, evoking waves of pleasant sensations that bring peace and relaxation to the farthest corners of your body and mind) and the Indian herbal steam room (to create a feeling of calm and openness, the head is kept comfortably cool while herbal steam envelopes your body, penetrates deep and "purifies" it however not causing overheating or unnecessary strain)
